ORDERING
Use the website’s secure Shopping Cart & Checkout for the easiest and quickest way to place an order. You may also click and print our Fax Order Form found on the website’s home page. Simply fill out the form and fax it to 781-586-0042 You may also e mail or call you order in to 781-586-0041
MINIMUM ORDER
The minimum order requirement is one case, or unit.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Visa, Amex, MasterCard, Discover, bank checks, money orders, company and personal checks in advance of shipping. When checks clear, your order will ship.
SHIPPING
Most orders ship Fedex, (or similar service) while larger orders ship via trucking companies. We will automatically ship your order in the most economical manner, then pre pay and add this cost to your credit card at the time your order is placed. When ordering you may request a freight price quote by checking the corresponding box. If requested, your CREDIT CARD IS STILL CHARGED FOR THE ORDER. However, your order will not be shipped until we receive your acceptance of the freight cost. If there is no response after 2 weeks of placing order, it will automatically be shipped. When a customer declines the shipping cost, the order is cancelled and the credit card promptly refunded. We ship to the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to Canada via UPS or FedEx international Ground. All freight quotes to Canada do not include Duty, brokerage, or tax if applicable. It is agreed by you, that when ordering any item for shipment to Canada, that you, the customer will be responsible for, and will pay to the billing party, any duty, brokerage or taxes. If these charges are not paid by you in a timely manner and The Packaging Team becomes liable to pay these costs; then you do authorize The Packaging Team to charge your credit card for the amount of these expenses without any further approval or permission from said customer.
All items in our Packaging & Shipping Supplies section ship from the Chicago area. All other Items ship primarily from Massachusetts, New York City - NJ area, and California.
BACK ORDER POLICY
If out of stock, we will contact you immediately to discuss substitution or back order preference. (Please make sure your contact information is up to date)
RETURNS
In the unlikely event any items are found to be defective, they may be returned to us. To make a return, you must submit a written request within 20 days after receipt of merchandise. All merchandise must be returned in its original carton. Returns made without our prior authorization will be refused. If you wish to make a return for any other reason, there will be a 15% restocking fee for any returned items. Certain Items and customized products may not be returned. Call us for more information or to see if your product may or may not be returned. SAMPLES
Samples are available upon request. Please be specific on size style and color. Samples are free of charge.
PRICES

DISCOUNTS
Dollar volume discounts when offered, apply only to in stock items listed on our web site. Discounts do not apply to special Quotes, custom packaging, printing, hot stamping, plate charges, freight or any other additional costs.
